The seminar is where mathematics meets application. Problems that arise naturally in industry and science are often deeply nonlinear — and genuinely unsolved. INAA exists to take them seriously.
An independent mathematical institute devoted to nonlinear analysis and its applications. Through rigorous seminars and collaborative research, we identify genuine problems at the intersection of mathematics, machine learning, and quantitative finance — and work on them seriously.
A recurring seminar bringing together PhD mathematicians, industry researchers, and applied scientists at the frontier of nonlinear analysis.
The INAA Seminar is the founding and central activity of the institute. It is a monthly gathering of researchers working across nonlinear analysis, machine learning theory, and quantitative finance. Talks range from rigorous mathematical lectures to presentations by industry practitioners on problems where nonlinear methods are genuinely needed.
The seminar is not a networking event. It is a research seminar. The goal is for participants to leave with a clearer understanding of an open problem, a new technique, or a genuine point of contact between their work and someone else's. Over time, these points of contact become collaborations.
Talks are recorded with speaker permission and archived. A written summary is circulated to the mailing list after each session. To propose a talk, write to seminar@nonlinearanalysis.org.
Receive announcements for upcoming seminars, workshops, and institute news. We write when there is something worth reading.
We welcome engagement from academic researchers, industry partners, and institutions — in forms that range from a single seminar to a long-term research program.
For general questions, seminar inquiries, membership, or collaboration proposals — we are happy to hear from you.
